Rework/repair/repack.
You can supply new packaging and instructions or we can source it for you.
The beauty of this service is that it takes the problem away from your site and ensures that only working/complete merchandise is returned to you ready for sale again.
Should you prefer the products to be scrapped/recycled due to them being uneconomical to repair, we recycle all plastic, card, paper and metal parts.
We can save certain components should you have the ability to re-use on other products e.g.,. Batteries, screws, switches etc

As it says really, but here are a couple of examples....

Xmas trees.
A couple of years ago we took in over 25,000 Xmas trees that had been sent from China without a QC check.
The advance shipment of samples sent to the buyers head office showed a potentially awkward problem. The artificial snow that had been sprayed on to the branches of the trees had not stuck correctly, which meant that during assembly, the tree seemed to emit clouds of white powder!
A major 24/7 operation ensued allowing all 25,000 trees to be totally cleaned up (including the inner packaging), re-boxed and labelled with appropriate warning signs.
The retailer was able to fulfil his Xmas sales without further disruption.

Helicopters.....no not the real thing!
A recent batch of 7,000 arrived from Asia and in transit some cogs had come adrift. This meant a full visual check (luckily the boxes had see through panels in just the right place!).
The check revealed that 430 needed the cogs to be pushed back into place within the rotor system. We sourced the appropriate tools and 10 staff completed the rework in 5 hours.
Yes, the customer had a bill to pay, but he also had 7,000 helicopters he could confidently sell again!

When the problem occurs at your site, and you don’t want to incur the additional transport cost to get the problem to us, we can send our trouble-shooters in!!

These are teams (4, 5 or 6 staff) that have already had their site training with you. They will be HASAWA, Fire and Safety trained according to your own site practices. We can also supply a supervisor and an FLT driver per shift if you require.

Once there, they will take the brief and immediately set to work solving the problems. There will be no need to constantly train and manage agency personnel. Especially as they tend not to turn up the following day, so your training has to start all over again!

Trouble shooting can lead to other support we can give. For example, you suddenly find you have 2 staff short for a particular day/week. One call and we can solve that problem too.

Whether the hours are 6-2, 8-4, 9-5........or need to include overtime, you will find us incredibly flexible. Better still , your operation can continue to run without hitches.

Sometimes retailers want their stock to be “own branded”.
This can involve re-stickering, or over stickering. This can be a time consuming job, but our teams do it perfectly. It matters to us that the jobs we do pass any form of QC checks that our customers might instigate.
We know how important it is to make sure the correct barcode is used......or the correct description is in place.
We re-sticker hundreds of thousands of pet food tins and sachets for one customer. The problems are caused at source where a labelling machine has been incorrectly loaded for the night’s production run.
But ....Too late....there are 100k tins marked wrongly before it’s spotted by the day shift! While it’s good news for us, we make sure the problem is rectified for our client with the minimum of fuss and cost so he can get on with the business of selling to his customers.
